advice on standard stereo

Im looking for advice on my stereo. Ive got a non standard cd player that I dont like the look of.
I want to get a standard cd player that will plug straight into my car (172 cup). I dont want to have to start chopping at wires.
Also, i'd like to be able to plug my ipod in somehow, so what model cd player am i looking for.

just buy a normal cd player wit ipod connection.

I have an expensive Alpine sterreo with Ipod connection... its the full speed version if that makes sense.

I didnt ever used the IPOD thingy as I have no IPOD lol...

It is as good as new and hardly seen any use.

You should not need to chop anything....

The car has standard ISO plugs mate and most sterreos facilitate this.

Yeah most CD players will just plug in fine (you just leave the stalk plug hanging down unless you get an adapter cable for it) so no need to chop anything, headunit is the easiest thing to change in the world.
