2x artic blue 182s-hedge end-southampton

saw the 1st in hedge end driving into halfords yesterday afternoon on a 55plate,then 5mins later going through west end saw another artic blue 182 on a 05 plate-any1 know who drives these 182s?

the 55 plate one i saw in halfords was a old(ish) chap say bout 40,then the 05 plate i saw in west end he was in his 20's id say.
