197 diamond removal

how do you remove the daimonds from a 197 the front and the rear please pps

Front Is bumper off job

Front you have to remove bumper and undo a single screw.

Rear can be just pulled off, though again ideally you should remove the inner panel on the boot lid and unscrew.
