197 brakes

hi all, this might sound stupid but need knowledge??

my brakes make a scrapping noise first drive of the day then it wears off slightly after a few miles but still is there?? do i need new pads or is this normal? not sure as they are brembo brakes??

Its fine it happens on mine too don't worry about it. If you take it out for a trash and do a bit of heavy braking it'll be fine.. careful though as if they are glazed braking is crap until you pass the glazing on the pads happens a lot on the 197 brakes.

ah thanks for the advice. took it to renault today n the pads are fine, no sticking, so must be a common thing on them!
