182 - Hot 'Cold' Brakes?

OK so I know the 182 brakes need some heat in them to be at their best, but in the last few days I've noticed something quite strange. The car is parked up at work all day and in the last week or so, it's been very hot. When I get in the machine after work I've noticed I seem to have a serious case of brake 'fade' UNTIL I get some heat into the disks.

Its like brake fade but it's ok once the disks get hotter. WTF? I seem to be having almost ramdom cases of fairly poor brake performance. I'm thinking that the vaccum system just sucks arse?

Any ideas? They always bite hard when proper hot, but seem to suck donkey balls when they are warm but un-used.

lol..

mine dont do that.

If i start up and drive of first thing, get a bit of speed and use the brakes heavily they will be rubbish. Either pull to the left or right and feel pretty spongy:( but they brake fine

However, try it again and they are plain awesome and brake in an absolute straight line...even when doing a full speed complete stop.

They really need heat in them before they work there best.

Yeah I realise that, but this problem is when the car has been sitting in heat all day. It doesnt happen in normal 'cold' temperatures.
