182 exhaust rust after 13k/3.5 years

This pic shows condition of 182 exhaust back box after 13k miles and 3.5 years.. I think it's on the way out but isn't blowing yet. Maybe it will fall off soon which would give me an excuse for a new one.. or maybe it's just surface rust

Looks like it has the aids, they have been known to rust alot sooner than that.
