182 Airbag And Airbag Computer

I Need To Replace The Passenger Side Seat Airbag, And Also The Airbag Ecu. I Have Both And Want To Fit Them Myself.
Could Someone Tell Me Where The Air Bag Ecu Is Located In The Car And If Its Easily Accessible.
I Know I Will Need To Take It To Renault So They Can Reset The Ecu, And Replace The Impact Sensors.
Does Anyone Know How Much This Will Cost (roughly) And Whether Or Not It Would Be Worthwhile Just Gettin Renault To Do The Lot.

The airbag ECU is down infront of the gearstick.
