do you want to get rid of the inlet manifold and have 4 seperate throttle bodies (one for each cylinder) or just get a throttle bigger that is bigger than your current one?
You do know if you put a bigger throttle body on and then get it remapped you will lose bottom end power but will gain top end. at least that is what i have experianced in other cars anyway!

Theres not really much room to play with on the plenum side anyway.
The only upgrade I can think of is replacing the drive by wire one with a propper one
Would improve throttle response but wont give you more power, have a search for BenR's cnc manifold matching service which is a choice mod and would give better gains than a larger throttle body since the head to manifold join is the worst part of the intake system.
