172 Engine In A Mk1?

Will it go? If i get ecu, loom, engine gearbox and driveshafts?

Now ive got two, i wanna change one into a sleeper!

Any advice/help greatly appriciated!

i seem to recall that it wont fit, but dont qoute me on that.

It will fit But the stock mounts will mean the phebham stick up above the bonnet line so you need to eiter/or
Run throttle bodes
Make custom mounts
Work with some bonnet which stick up loads.ha a big bulge in it.
