12 months Xbox live membership - good deals?

can anyone hook me up with a good deal at the moment (links etc)

They seem to increase in price every year!

its also annoying that you get no kind of reminder from MS re expiry or can check when it is due to expire - unless i am not looking in the right places!

Unsure as to any good deals mate.

But MS normally email you a few weeks before its due to expire don't they?

I get that on my 3 monthly subscription!

Phone them, they were offering £23.99 a few weeks ago.

Just ring them and tell them you don't want to renew as its too expensive and they will give you it for £23.99, i done this on friday ... sweet!
