I've tried to set the cruise control and speed limiter on my 182 but neither will function. The light displays showing these are on through dashboard but nothing on the set ?? part. help an absolute noob at french cars

the induction and exhaust should squeeze a little extra bhp. im not looking to be tracking the car just annoy my classic subaru owning mates just now I can sit behind them but don't have the little extra to go past.
