Not much planned then! i want coilovers, fr and rr drilled discs, itg induction,
decat, and then remap at that place in Manchester you were on about. As for gym can you make 7.30 as i've got stuff to do at 9.
Think the black wheels would look pretty good, less hassle keeping them clean
but it does look good as it is and the brakes are very impressive!. Cant decide whether to go the refurb to dark grey wheels on mine
No need to get personal mate, just think when i do change the slicks i'll even more grip and you get used to seeing the clios rear end. I'll take up SMOKING as a hobby.
Thanks for the positive remarks, your saxo dosnt look bad either mate, but i cant vote it as best looking 172 for you, maybe close second. haha. As for coming out on top, not to sure about that pal.
Few pics of my 172 and my mates saxo vts. Thought we were going to get moved on from this site as usual but someone from a nearby house actually came out and offered to buy my car!
Anybody else from round leeds area that facies joining the line up? Thanx for the positive feedback. Not sure whether to keep wheels or not cos want to get some drilled discs front and rear, 5 spoke comps in white may show then off better?
If i can remember rightly he had taken the whole dash out and painted it with silver model paint, it has has neons behind the grill. Its a real quality piece of s**t, the most expensive piece of s**t ive ever seen although, not the best looking it must be said.
Ive seen this car at our garage, it had to come in for a gearbox cos he shattered the clutch and the shards punched through the gearbox casing!!! Did you manage to see the airfix dials that he made himself and put on the top of the console! Proper blue peter style, this car has less space in the...
I cant believe that a site for cliosport owners has members that can turn around and start slagging the car the started them all, williams/valvers rock. Ive currently got a 172 but used to have a valver and valvers certainly aint slow in comparison to a standard 172, but however i forgot the cup...
Whether i was handy with a spanner or not i wouldt have wanted to fit a turbo to that car myself, theturbo itself was genuine nissan cos i didnt want to risk uprating anything in case something fell off or it blew up again, p/x it for a 172 which was a good move. Williams/172/182 etc would nail...
I work for renault so i can get good discount on the part, i know its about 350+vat to normal trade, could buy then get a custom downpipe made to fit befor fitting to car. 7 hours is a lot of time to pay for though even on the side, does it give good torque gains or just bhp?
How is it that a car thats as old as a cossie still looks so good!? I would have the calipers black or silver, unless you have hi-spec brakes then maybe red or yellow.
