Currently have an 11" Dell Inspiron Netbook, but even though the spec isn't dreadful, it's probably coming to the end of it's life soon. I have an iPad which I use all the time, but still need the laptop for things the tablet can't do.
I only ever use the laptop for general MS Office stuff...
Fair play... I've got a p/x lined up anyway for a good price, so fingers crossed it goes that way, much less hassle! But will take your points on board
I've got my hands on my first DSLR - Canon 400d, with the stock 18-55mm lens. I know absolutely nothing so far about photography, but it's about time I got myself a new hobby!
I do need a new bag though. I've seen this: http://www.lovecases.co.uk/hama-110-colt-syscase-camera-bag-black.html -...
I've got an issue with upgrading absolutely anything on the Sky website. I get the error message: We don't seem to be able to match you to your account, so are unable to complete your order online. Please feel free to continue browsing the site for information, to place an order call 08442 411...
My slow broadband is still quicker than my T-Mob/Orange 3G. Have to use wifi on my phone once indoors, as data speeds are that bad. Enfield is one big blackspot. And Orange has an RNC in Enfield, right by Eros. Sucks.
Getting very busy in my office these days with the 4G announcement, but it was half expected, so not much has changed here. Am also involved in some 4G live testing, so exciting times ahead!
I'm after a tv wall mount, that can sit fairly flush against the wall, but also can be pulled out and swivelled. This is so we can watch tv whilst at the dinner table.
TV is a Panasonic 42" Plasma. Budget is £100.
I've seen this...
As it stands, i'm having the sofa on the left wall as you look at the plan, with the balcony door to the right of the sofa, which only really leaves the tv to go on the wall opposite? Don't really want the tv on a stand as my little boy is just about to start walking, and is already drawn to my...
Here's the only other pic I have of this part of the flat:
To the left of these doors is the wall with the radiator. To the right is the wall where the sofa would be. Couldn't zoom out anymore with my phone unfortunately!
The original pic was taken from the perspective of where the sofa...
I've bought a new build flat, and it'll be ready to move into at the end of Feb. Was able to see the flat for measuring up for Curtains/blinds etc, and took a snap of where the TV will be.
I currently have my tv mounted onto a wall bracket, that sits within an Ikea unit (the Besta range). But...
I followed the seas0npass guide to jailbreak, everything was going ok - itunes then attempted to restore as it said it would. Just as the whole thing was finishing up, I got an Error 9. Haven't had a chance to connect ATV up to the TV to see if it was successful or not but I'm assuming not...
I'm with Sky Broadband. Advertised speeds up to 20Meg download speed. I think I get between 1 and 2! And the WiFi signal is shocking with their Sagem router. Unless you're within a few feet, forget it. How can I complain though? It's free!
