You still pay over 2k and you think you saved a packet? I've been driving less than 2 years on a full license and my renewal in may was £695, on my own policy. If you can't afford it sell your 182 and get something you can afford to drive without breaking the law. I'm 19 too.
They look a bit like rota grids, id get grids if I were you, they look awesome on a clio i've seen a few examples.. I believe they're around the same price aswell...
I'm from nottingham too, ng12 so west bridgford side. I'm out and about quite a lot and I always spot a clio, so I'll let you know if I see anything too mate. Sorry to hear it got nicked :(
Ideally could do with a new front bumper. Need a new front grille too. Could do with a respray since it's clearly had a bodge job somewhere along the line.. It could be a seat leon too, but it's not.
Thanks for confirming, and all the help you've given :) So, given the fact that my dynamique is actually a mk2 ph3 with the newer alloys and such.. being an 05 plate would it be worth a fair chunk of money still? Say 2k or so? Only got 2 previous owners, one being the renault dealership that got...
Yeah i'm not too bothered myself, my friend just likes to boast over the fact he could probably beat a 200 off the mark so i wanted to see how it compared haha. Cheers anyway
They the only differences? I did wonder why some ph2's i'd seen had different alloys to my dynamique. Obviously makes sense now :-) Cheers
also just noticed i miss-spelt the title.. fml
As the title says; it might sound stupid but I don't know the difference. I have a 2005 1.2 16v dynamique and I thought it was a ph2, I didn't even know there was a ph3, but apparently it's a ph3?
Could anyone please be kind enough to list the differences :-) Sorry for the newbie question!
Kyle
If you have they money and want a 200 i'd say go for the 200. In my opinion, visually; they're better. Not so sure about what's in what so I can't help there. But I know if I had the money to pick i'd go for the 200, it's all about what you want not whats cheapest at the end of the day.. if you...
30+ male or so i'd say, passed you in my 1.2 by the chinese..
on here? :) Car looked tidy, and low!
edit* accidentally missed the 1 from typing too fast. haha
I checked the same route from my house in nottingham and back to nottingham and it said £750 atleast on a 1.2 ... hate to think how much that v6 is gonna drink with all the added weight. ouch haha
If you park like a r****d to try and put someone off parking next to you, they're just going to think you cant park, park next to you anyway, and if they dint your door then it's your fault, oops.
awesome trip dude :) How much do you think it's going to cost in petrol and in total? I've always wanted to do something like this myself just never had the funding spare. I hope you have fun and find a way to take all your stuff on your v6 :)
Fitted a mushroom air filter today for a bit of a laugh. Mate took his yaris back to standard so gave it to me for nothing, thought why not.
Here's a few pics.
Made a nice home made breather pipe filter with a dishcloth and some elastic bands..
car sounds like a vtec now ^_^

If I were you i'd keep the steelies and make some profit, buy the grill with the profit and try source a sports interior for a fair price :-)
Springs/coilovers so its sitting nicely on your wish list :-)
