Pulleys seemed fine, I'll check the old one in the morning. I wonder if it bent, when it was fitted? when the 'special tool' is used to remove tension when the belt is fitted.

2 years just short. Changed when the timing belt was done

Just thought I'd post afew pictures of my Aux Belt that had been rubbing. Back story first. Noticed the Aux Belt looked a little 'worn' and 'dusty' around Tensioner Spring, when I changed the Engine mount in the summer, but couldn't see how, so kept an eye on it. It then seemed to be getting...

This is what i was trying to get at. Almost as if the tyre is not wide enough.

Get a size or two bigger on the Rainsports 3. I've got 195's on and they seem a little small/narrow on the footprint. Almost as though a 215 would sit better and give a little bit of rim protection.

TDC Sensor? I had a similar issue over weekend. Turned over fine, just wouldnt fire. checked the relays, all ok. Took the TDC sensor off and cleaned, popped it back on, fired straight up!

Yeah the old(new to me) girl is going fine, Santa's fetching me a polisher for crimbo, so Fingers crossed it may start to look a bit better. Footballs getting tiring mate.....think stepping up a league was abit too much. Owt nice coming for christmas?

Cheers guys. had a blast to cleethorpes today, to enjoy the bit of sun. Must say the cruise control is brill. Bit un-nerving at times tho. Only issue i can find is the exhuast seems loud on idle. ​any ideas?
