It fits to the Air Intake Temperature Sensor in between the air intake box and the throttle body. All you do is unplug the sensor and stick the resistor between the two connectors and it tricks the ECU into thinking its sucking in colder or warmer air than normal (not sure which one) but it works!

this is my old 1.2 . I used ripspeed mesh and cut it out as a template and tied it on over the standard grille with fishing line so u couldnt see it. I also did the bottom part of the front bumper with the same mesh but u have to remove the undercover to do that but looked v.good...
