For FS dont go to renault for the gasket either, any motor factors does them at most about £9, should be less than that as rasp said.
for the tortion bar i take it.....
10mm threaded bar, 32mm socket(or near as) and a couple of m10 bolts, and you will be able to pull the bar out....
the rod will thread into the tortion bar, as far as poss!! whack the socket over the top of that so the outside edge clears the TBAR then wind...
its not hard, just getting the gasket lined up is the worst bit... a smearing of oil will help it stick.

yep they quote what the engine produces... at the fly.
depends how much you lose in transmission and all that, basically you can get on a rolling road and test whats at the wheels, but you have to take the measurements from the lump itself to get the fly figure accuratetly

i used silicone sealent on my old rt, just taped it on till it had gone hard then took the tape off, only weant to of been a quick fix but i left it on... in the end it was a tw*t to get off when i sold thecar, really strong stuff. wipe any excess off before it sets.
takes a signal from the coil for each time a cylinder is fired... divide that by 4 and you have your revs.... not sure exactly how a newer coil will work but on a older system it will take the signal from the dizzy which fires the coil - not from the actual HT leads mind!

im after anything rubber that has tread at the moment, all four are a little dodgy, couldnt get any sense from kwikfit ( what a surprise) but i work for a car dealership but we dont have much to do with tyres..... not even that bothered what brand, just want some half decent, and if they wear...
anybody got 195/45/15s on there valver? its what we have 4 of in the workshop at work, havent got 195/50/15s or the original size....
are these ok?? .... i know it will send the speedo out a little and lower it a bit, but anybody got them on?
