Iv recently bought some cheap FK bucket seats from ebay. Now i need some subframes. the seats have runners on so i was thinking that these would do the job (mabey with a lil modifying)...
I'll b fitting bucket seats at some point very soon and was wondering how to get around the seatbelt noise mainy? And the light but that's not much of a problem.
Any help or advice would b greatly appreciated

As the title says what things are going to need replacing? It had cambelt done 2tho miles ago and had new plugs and oil and filter with that..
Iv got coilovers and solid topmounts waiting to go on aswell..

At the moment im with adrain flux paying 900quid a year but due to renew in jan.. iv got a 172 and im 23.
just want sum opinions on what people are paying and weres the best place to insure a modifyed clio......

As above need quick opinion poll on this... car is mainly used on road with the odd track day now and again.....
been told AP are good for both but fk go lower.... theres only like 15Quid in the price of the sets so not fussed about that...

As in the title what's the best coilovers for aaround 450 quid? There's a few options iv seen on k-tec but not sure whaat to go for. The car is mainly used on road but will b ggoin on track days at points.

since the last time i uploaded pictures wen i first got the clio iv made sum changes.. i got a new exhaust system now with decat... added a few more stickers (may be a few to many lol) got rid of my induction kit and got standard airbox with panel filter but with added cold air intake in replace...
it does it when i lock to lock the stearing but also when im driving and theres bumps in the road... its getting worse..
i thought it may be a ball joint but im not sure.. any help or ideas would be greatfull

i started my 172 after 11 days of bein away and didnt think anything off it and the day after i went on a 400mile road trip.
anyway today i fitted a new bonnet and realised it had no water in it.... i filled it up and ran the car for bout 15mins to which i saw steam coming from the airbox side...
as the title above.. im in the market for a new exhaust but not sure on tip style what looks right... i dont want a stealth system cuz previous owner has cut the bumper so needs to sit in recess rearly.....

i broke it fitting my decat... stupid i kno the two white wires got pulled out the actual plug. it hasnt put my emitions light on tho :S ..... i kno i need a new one but dont wana pay 80quid anyone got an idea?

Started yesterday was just at 5tho revs. now today its doing it all over rev range, its not constantly doin it just mainly when under load. iv changed the plugs it has ngk platanums in it but hasnt helped.
my mechanic friend thinks its the ht leads but would like other peoples opinions please...
