Most flood damaged cars tend to be Cat B these days due to the fact that they can cost a fortune to put right. Plus as a garage we have to put a 5yr warrenty on our work so we can't be sure that the car is safe to drive airbags failures and such. Basically we would have to strip everything out...
Like MicKPM said depends what garage, our place a minor service is just oil and oil filter, don't even do the air filter.
I tend to change oil, air oil and fuel filters. every other service the cabin filter and just check the rest of the car over for faults
Like most people have already said your looking at painting the whole side to be honest plus blending bumpers and possibly bonnet. The door would have to been done anyways consider your painting the wing and 1/4 panel else it would stand out

Thanks for the replys guys :). Yeah the soarer was really thirsty great fun to drive mind, original i bought it cause it had nice wheels which i was going to put on my IS200 but they didn't really fit with out major arch work so i ran that for a bit :)
