Spotted a silver clio which I first thought was a 172. Looked in real nice condition with a cliosport sticker in the rear window. Think it had a non sport front bumper so must have been a different model though? Hi anyway, if you hadn't guessed I was in the filthy silver 182!

Kelly its mainly weights although theres a few things like rower, bike & punchbag for cardio. Personally you can't beat running for cv so I just hit the streets or find a big set of stairs. Checkout the northgate arena gym if you're too much of a wimp hehe. Think they do a good pay as you go...

ps. never seen ur cup there kelly? which unit do u work in? My mates cup is parked outside the gym most nights after 4 but only other performance cars I've seen about are a silver M3 outside the boxing gym and a red type R.

Ye I'm quite a serious gym-goer so go to Total Rebuild @ the enterprise centre. Its a real back to basics sort of gym but everyone there is suprisingly friendly, its mainly blokes too ye. Total Fitness is probably the best local gym for you (think its £42 p/m). Dragons is fairly good too but...
