Looks amazingly clean mate, 3/4 plate has always been on my to buy list. Need to pull my finger out and get one ordered.
All went well with the big service I take it?

Bought the car with matched inlets / rs tuner remap. Wish I took MacRae's offer to pop mine on his Rs tuner to check.

I'm in the same boat as Jonesy, I look like a pleb lol.
Nice photo's, drive back was pretty epic. MacRae with ear defenders had me in stitches but that Yozza was awesome!
Are the tie rods on the 1*2 specific or generic? I'd maybe try the ones for a 1.2 (If they fit) since you can't move them, I'm probably talking nonsense though :o
I've got two new ones sitting on my desk ready to put on, I've just moved the ball joint around and both are really stiff to move but i can still move it round with my hand. If in doubt take it back to wherever you got it, to do a comparison.
Thanks for your reply mate. Good that you got sorted with your problem.
Seems to of gone today, but i think thats more down to me pulling away with more revs than usual.
Still not sure if it's soley the alternator in my car though, also would of thought looking at the service history the...
Cars starting to chirp/squeek when pulling away from a standstill/low rpm roughly around 1000rpm definately think it's from the Alternator/aux belt area.
Any cause for concern? Took it to someone and was told the aux belt tensioner may be the problem. The belt seems to be tight though...
Out done by the Porsche meet lol

Thanks for the replies chaps. Good to know it's normal lol
Box was filled last week but i'll check today to see how much I can put in.
If I jack up one side to overfill the box will this cause any problems?
Found gearbox oil on the drive, so when having a look underneath I moved what i think was the linkage to find this part weeping, circled red in the pic.
Whats the best fix for this?
