They look like McGard ones and you'll need the key code to get a new key. I had the same problem so a dremel, lump hammer, giant screwdriver and over an hour per wheel was the solution. You may find a garage that can remove them or try hammering a socket over the it.

Take it back to the garage, sounds like the pads arent contacting the disc nice and flush. They should resolve it for free.
