Not sure about the steering angle but I do no on my snap on mt2500 it tells me angle of the wheel. An I'd say the three lights is the brake sensor. There's a guide only here on how to reset it.

Main earth from loom, at the back of the box check it's free from oil an grim. Undo it an clean up both faces then clean box point, spray with WD40 (other sprays are available) an put back together.
