I'd been trying for a month or so to get a full set from Jordan Beets through FB - we swapped a few messages but appears communication not his strong suit (although someone mentioned FB ban above so that maybe explains). Would have been £195 delivered.
Ended up sourcing from JJC Rally on ebay...
Good session yesterday, weather held up and generally good driving all round. A few racey looking clios in attendance - I need to get some passenger laps with some of you experienced guys.
Track tyres made a difference with Harry's Laptimer reporting a 1sec improvement over a lap but more...
Anyone running on Mon 18th April?
I'll be along for 2nd outing in The Boosted Bean following the winter SORN. Toyed with the idea of track tyres for this one but still feels like winter so I'll stick with the Super Sports for now. Hopefully see a few clios on the track
Ran the 182 Turbo at Crail yesterday and managed a best run of 14.33@101.1 mph. Still getting used to the car and getting it off the line was tricky but also ran on normal road tyre pressures so didn't do myself any favours there.

Went to Crail with the Vee last year and managed a best time of 14.318@97.8 mph (60' time was 2.162).
I'm planning on running the 182 Turbo there on 27th Sept and will be interesting to see how it goes.
New owner checking in. As Jamie mentions, I've bought the Boosted Bean specifically for track work, having got the bug after a 'Ring trip last year.
I'll start a new thread for it's journey under my ownership but will hopefully become a regular at Knockhill and look forward to meeting more CS...
Vee would be mine - was in for the cambelt service. I assume mechanic was taking it for a spin with the engine cover off to check all was well as it had the cover on when I left it!
I only let Ed "borrow" the car for 6-months last year Wayne!
Did someone say Scottish V6 gathering???!
Great, honest write up Ali.
Worth noting that many parts are shared across the Clio range e.g. the boot lock mechanism which was replaced on mine last week. To my mind, the V6 it's right up there in terms of £ per smiles.
