Could be worse, i'm now driving a trafic van, it is the 140bhp model tho... Perhaps if you lot do something in Norwich i'll pop along to show my face...
Since my battery died and i replaced it i now have a new Airbag fault, plugged the RS Tuner in and this is what i got:
'DTC9044, DF0187 - Ignition (trigger) Line Configuration (Incoherency, not plausable)'
Unlike other faults the RS Tuner won't clear this one? Anyone have any idea's what it...
Your headlights look like new!! I've tried doing mine 3 times now and they don't look half as good as that, i think if i keep my car ben needs to do my headlights ;)
Might come up if i still have a car, not to do the track day just to have a nose around and see people :)
As for insurance, i really wouldn't bother MSV/Snetterton are very strict over careless driving. Overtaken is only to be done on straights too, they see it as a track day not a race and for...
There is an air temp sensor as well as a map sensor. The air temp sensor is to the right hand side of the inlet plenum and is grey in colour. I do have a spare MAP sensor if you want to try it, but if the code is air temp sensor that's what i'd be replacing, isn't MAP sensor for air pressure...
Re: dmallett's 421'd monaco
If you decide you want your recaro's back let me know, might make my car an easier sale as its neither a track car or road car at the moment.
Is it bringing up any faults,? i have an RS Tuner you could borrow if so.
I can only say where ever you take it in Norfolk, avoid SCA race rally in Norwich.
You pay money to fastchip, they give you a code which you type in on your computer to the rs tuner software, then gives you the power to turn airbag lights off. Easy :)
Welcome to CS have you seen my blackgold 182? Only up the road from you in Norwich :)
This is my for sale advert:

Will do, yeah i'm running a stud and nut conversion that i put together myself, I bought my studs from Demon Tweaks and then bought some seperate bling wheel nuts lol.
I'm selling these as they were on the rear of the car but i'm fitting some of Ed's spacers with Negative camber :)
I will be selling a set of H&R 15mm spacers shortly that will suit your needs. They are ally so light, not bolt to hub, but you'll struggle to find a decent make that are 15mm. But they fit dead tight to hub so don't fall off when the wheel is off, if you fit a long stud to the hub for your stud...
Re: dmallett's 421'd monaco
If you want i have an RS Tuner now, so if you ever have any kind of fault that you want to diagnose or want your airbag lights turned off, give me a shout ;)
No bother to me, i had the same problem this weekend fitting my roll cage, needed to take the seats out so had to drop exhaust as the middle box was in the way.
Been keeping an eye on this but not saying much. This thread would make good reference for anyone building a Turbo Clio in the future with all the info in here :)
Look forward to seeing the results once it's in and mapped :)
I had alot of fancy things that have all gone due to house buy. Had an awesome stance when it was on the coilies. Standard shocks, eibach's and 15" wheels leaves me looking like a 4x4.
Took on a massive house project so that will swallow up all of my pennies for the next 3 years, which is why this car has gone back to a standard ish spec. But i kept the Recaro's as i prefer them to the standard seating position which is far to high for me. The car isn't at all stripped apart...
