Took the 172 into renault for the bonnet catch recall and on the free 25 point safety check included, it states that the CV boot clip is broken and requires replacing. Is changing the clip an easy job too do? Would renault be the best place to buy the clip? Cheers

Windscreen has developed a big crack. Unfortunatly i don't have windscreen cover.... Does the 172 cup have a different wind screen to the normal sports i,e. heard they were thinner? Also autoglass have quoted me £371, dont think i want to be paying that, anyone else worth trying? Cheers

Have had my 172 cup around 2 weeks now. Just been reading around and am abit worried about the bonnet flying up as renault have recalled some 172's? How can i check if this has been already fixed on my car and if not will renault still do it free?
