so does the rstuner come with a new map on it that u can use whenever you want or do you buy the map seperate? the jms inlet manifold is one option i have looked at also but i cant justify spending more than that on a 2500 car, especially when my brakes, clutch and suspension are all standard...

done a search but didnt come up with much solid info.. is there a tuning guide kicking around any where, one that basicly tells you whats best to do for different budgets? wanting to get a bit more out of my ph1 172 thats only got an aftermarket exhaust on but dont want to waste money on...

so whats with the tour de force kit? what ecu+bodies does it use? do they do a plug and play diy kit like k-tec? budget wise i could stretch to k-tec but its deciding if its worth the extra money. how well proven is the jms kit? has it been out long?

thanks, i live in leeds area so close to rs tuning AET turbos t name a coupleof good RRs. i was inspired by russ_16v running tbs on oem ecu,and one of my ideas was to do bike TBs on a bogg brothers manifold (used them in past for carb manifolds) and use the oem ecu mapped by rs in leeds..but...

where abouts is the fuel pump relay on my x reg 172? pretty sure its faulty, hope it is anyway or its the pump. matt

every now and then when i start the car up and try to drive off it loses all power, literally i can have foot to the floor and itl just burble off beat ..if i stop and wait a few seconds it goes back to normal and i can drive off. any idea what this may be? thrs also a slight miss fire on idle...

what ron is v power? it says on the inside of my petrol cap to use 98ron. im having abit of trouble with mine on start up at the mo too. i use sainsburys super unleaded. matt

was coming back from harewood house today and saw a nice black v6 and a blue (think it was a) 182 jst wondered if it was any one on here? matt

sometimes when i start the car up it has a sudden loss of power when i set off..i usually have to stop and rev the engine to get it bak up to revs..also thr seems to be a bit of a miss-fire at idle. Any idea if these are connectd and what the problem could be? Its a x reg 172. Ta,matt
