Well i have ph1 172 and i'm getting rid of the aircon, just want to produce a kit for people to just bolt on a pulley, put a belt around it job done. Ye it would over engineered to take the abuse of normally road condition. Price don't know but look into things if there was enough interest...

Would people be interested if i came up with a kit to get rid of the aircon and replace with a new pulley and new belt. would be far cheaper than putting the cup stuff on.

So if i pull oem ecu out i will lose the dials thats not too bad can connect the rev to the aftermarket ecu, does the speedo fuel and water gauges go through the ecu, or am i better pulling the whole dash out and replacing it all??

Don't understand so your saying that you can pull the standard ecu out and it won't affect anything like warning lights or that

Can you just pull the standard ecu out of the car and replace it with an aftermarket type???
