so is key just roughen up abit? and do you do that to the base coat before the laqeur?

just read the guide on colour coding but didnt quite understand one part of it. how long should te base coat be left before you laquer it? and whats meant by key? im presuming it means grip no?

thing is, it happend when i was chaning the bulb so im thinking it more likely to be somthing to do with the electrics. id rather check over all posibilities before forking out for a loom. how much do you sell them for if it comes to down to that? any other ideas are much appreciated!

sanded the connectors and still not working. both headlights and sidelights are working and interior lights are working. so im presuming that its somthing do do with the bulb housing now inless anyone else has any ideas?

well my left sidelight fuse did go at the same time as the number plate one. but ive now changed that and the sidelight works, but not the number plate light. its definatly not the bulb. could be something to do with the number plate light housing maybe? ideas?

thanks ill give it a go tomorrow. any ideas on the fuse? also, im having trouble fitting my aero flat wiper blades. ive managed to get the original wipers off, just cant get the new ones on

ah rite cheers. was doing the right thing just need to keep twisting. what picture is the numberplate light fuse? cant see it in the handbook. pretty sure its not the bulb because i was changing to an led and both dont work now.

am i just being an idiot or is it quite an effort changing the sidelights? cant get the bit out tht the bulb sits in. how do u do it? also, my sidelights and number plate light have gone. is this down to a fuse or wat? (sorry if wrong section)

wrong section mate! but check the relays on the passenger side where your feet would be. just push them back in if theyr loose.
