Ive got one on the Surf and its been great so far, offroading the car and having the alarm submerged in mud doesnt seem to have affected it so far either. not sure what the pin override is for though...

we had new discs and pads at our 70k service the other day but no idea if they were original or not... ours were below the minimum thickness so lucky I got it in the garage early!

where do you get the pads from? I bought some Meg Scratch X recently but im guessing I need a pad or 2? Anyone got a real simple set of products I can use and in what order? Im a newbie to detailing all ive ever used is Mer etc, leather etc. Also I have a Meg wash mit so im a little on my way :)

i sometimes buy biodiesel locally but it depends on what type it is TBH, the 5% stuff should be fine in all diesels so they say but theyll never give a 100% definite answer to me.

can anyone help me? Renault want £15 and I have to go there with V5 and lisence which is a right hassle for me due to opening hours etc. got no service book with the car so I cant find the code anywhere. thanks in advance if anyone has any ideas?
