Looks pretty cool mate! I went to Spa last year and we got a tour of the pit lane at the McLaren garage, was pretty cool aswell but obv didnt get as close up as you did there.

Yeah its a 206, they are MOMO covers and they cover a middle/bottom of the mirrors mate. can get a pic if it helps?

Hi Guys, the Pug i bought the other day has some horrific chrome mirror covers stuck on, was looking at removing them but they are on there pretty solid and obv i dont want to damage my mirrors. Anyone know of an easy way to get them off?

Yeah i suppose so, example though, if i HPId a car today and it came back as being written off, would there be any objections by the mods or anyone else if i put a post on here with the number plate and some details?

Yeah maybe your right but at the end of the day if a car is cat c/d the seller shouldnt be trying to hide it anyway so i cant see how it would do any harm to have it on here.

Just had a thought, would it be a good idea to start a thread on here with details of cat d/c Clio's and there numberplates? ie.. Thread title of the post could be numberplate followed by model then the post would have details of any HPI checks done etc. Would maybe save some of us paying £20 a...

I really fancy Brembo's one and it is mint but it needs the belts done (£400ish?) and is only MOtd for another 5 months (MOT probably wont be a huge problem i know, £100 for arguements sake?!). Still a really good car though....prob give him another shout again i think.

Turns out its 75'000 aswell not 65'000! They changed the add earlier today after i phoned up. Not feeling good about this now, but cant be bad with 12 months MOT and FSH though? Unless that bull aswell.

X reg, 65'000 on the clock, 12 months MOT, FSH and the belts have just been done. Done an HPI check earlier today and all clear so i think if all looks/drives well then im going to go for it. Woo!

You would think so but I know he only paid £2500 for it (according to an earlier post) and it's going to need the timing belt done. I don't think it's worth £3500, I would stretch to £2500 tops personally. Call me what you like ;-).

It amazing with these old tractors that they still run, my brother is restoring a David Brown 1212 to its former glory at the mo, its in a hellish state but still runs ok.

What mileage you getting out of your one? The Cup i had would do about 35mpg average. Had a Megane Coupe F7R after that and it would do about the same.

Yeah your probably right Danny cheers, just being over cautious. Spoke to Brembo earlier and he has a genuine reason for selling up so im happy enough with that.

Depends on the game really, ive been playing Gears of War 2 loads recently and am still loving it. Need to get all the achievments on my games aswell before i trade them in...needless to say i havent traded in for a while lol!
