Huzzah, Renault have actually managed to find a problem with mine! Faulty TDC sensor which is now in the process of being replaced. Although not particularly cheaply :(

I've got the same problem with my 182 and it's now been sat at a main dealer since i had to have it put on a flat bed after breaking down on a roundabout on Saturday. If they find something i'll post up.

Nope it had the standard cup wheels in grey/silver. Was also being driven by a girl. So it could be his other half and they've changed the wheels back. Bit of a disgrace to leave the CS stickers on and not be a member though :)

I have grave concerns about getting a yozza. While i like the look of them, a friend has one on his 172 and it drowns out any other sound in the cabin. At motorway speeds it's hardly ideal! Is the Milltek the quietest option for aftermarket?

For that price i'd expect it to be made of solid gold. The fact the problem lies in the center sector makes be think that i only need the one section. From what i can tell there are no problems with the box itself.

Thanks for the advice. I've just had a call from the garage i took it to last night who have told me they would need to replace the whole lot - box to center section, for a total cost of £800!! WTF?

Hey folks, Sorry but i'm a bit thick with car parts! I've just been to the garage as the exhaust is making a racket. They put my 182 on the ramp and it turns out the joint between the back box and the cat is corroded and close to snapping. Do i need a whole exhaust or can the center section...

I saw a silver 172 ph1 and silver ph2 in the space of 200 metres last night on Cowdray Ave. Flashed the PH1 but no acknowledgement. Ignorant c***! lol ...and after 9 months of owning it, i still haven't been spotted in my 182. Wellas you don't count.

I don't know if this will help but i have got my car in the garage at the moment for similar issues. I had a knocking coming from the near side front when at full lock. Turns out it was a failure of the lower suspension arm. Apparently if i'd left it much longer my suspension would have ended...

Re: 182 problems ,traction control light and serv light always coming on in my clio 1 Apparently there is a guide on here on how to do it; but i haven't found it yet! I'm either blind or searching for the wrong thing!

The lights didn't come on until after i corrected the slide. As soon as i had control again, all the lights came on. As suggested i'll use the forum guide and play around with the brake sensor at the weekend and see if that does the trick for now. Do you think i could have a problem with a shock?
