nope his got away with it at the moment.. as he didnt actually hit me and he drove off as well.. left the scene as soon as we rolled off the road.. the witnesses i knew so the police said it wouldnt stand up in court.

This is similar to how i crashed my mini... a guy doing 30 in a 60... i overtake so he speeds up.. then as i am passing pretends to swerve towards me... makes me react and i clip the kerb... and bam... your lucky mate.. could have been worse! It just shows you what people are like though...

Slightly OT - Has the rev limiter been raised slightly? or is that the revs you should be taking it to, to get the most out of the clio 182? mine doesnt seem as quick as that tho..

My car does the exact same mate.. pulls to the left abit and when under acceleration there seems to be a wierd noise from the exhaust.. almost like a knocking noise. 38,000 miles. Are the exhausts dodgy on the 182s?

How much does one of them cost!? im planning to stay clear of modifying this time around but a nice exhaust note would keep the smilies going :)

I think its very difficult to tell.. on first impressions though Mini Pros - Solid car Feel Safe Easy power due to lower end torque 6 gears so easy to cruise although highish revs in 6th still. Sharp handling Smart and well specced up - (maybe too much tho) Very good on motorways Renault -...

I think the mini was easier to drive... thats why i say about fun factor.. it kinda just drives lol the clio is more responsive and can driven abit more sensible. The supercharger kicks in low so you find yourself going faster then you realise whereas the mini you know you going fast as it feels...

Yep its standard and completely mint... does look lovely in the flesh though. 4-4.5k is what i was expecting.. i may well be joining the clioclub soon then ;)
