right ive put anew engine in my 172 and connected the starter up and it wasnt engaging so i went a got a new1 and its still doin this what wud cause the starter not 2 ingage? it bumps fine n starts cheers

right so far this is what ive done got a second hand bottom end for icracus off here who is a top bloke ive put a new water pump on, cltuch,all new fluids,cv grease,belts again lol,pullys tnsinoers,rockers,tappets,gaskets,bolts, had my inlet re worked and bored out 2 max it could fitted a oil...

also ive just bin reading up is it true that if i get my crank re ground ill have 2 get bigger bearings / shells?? also what do u mean by get the block honed properly?? thanks

is it worth getting my crank and fly wheel lightnthed well there off?? il b puttin a fast road clutch on also is there any thing i can do 2 the block 2 perform betterwith out changing the pistons im doin all the rings well the pistons are out thanks

when u take the bottom pully of a sport engine and take the cam belt off how u do u get that spline thing off were the cambelt goes on?? thanks

how do u get the passenger side dirve shaft out the box on a clio sport 172??

also when i first tried starting it is was if the battery was flat but its not so we bumped it and soon as u hit just over 2k is rattling like mad and sound like its slight misfiring this rattle is really loud.

my phse 1 172 cut out earlier and we had 2 bump start it and it was rattling like mad wen u rev it was cuming from the cams u can still drive it very very slowely but everytime u put the clutch in in stallsit reall dosent sound healthy what coud this B thanks

my m8 has got a clio 1.4 16v 2000 year the exhaust keeps cuming off were the middle section connects 2 the cat. we have put a new clamp on it and done it really tight but it still finds a way of cuming lose and blown like mad can any 1 help???? also what are the rubers ment 2 luk like cus the...
