I have an old model rs tuner that is locked to someone else's 182. Do the old units still function ok? Up to date maps work on them etc and easy to unlock? May sound a dumb question but it's completely new to me and I can't see much info on their website, and searching on here I can't seem to...
Car sounded pretty sweet, would have had a little fun with you if my 2 year old son wasn't in the car.
are you from the stamford area? Keep an eye out in the local meetings section, think we are having one in march if you are interested?

on my 182 i have a cat (full bore exit), no silencer section, miltek there after. it does drone a little bit more with no silencer but its more raspy too :approve: cant comment on std system tho.
Re: Modernising the 182. New Renault Badge [Picture Heavy, Probably a waste of your t
its not following the same line as the clio badge, they are at different heights. i think it would look good if they were at the same level.
could be throttle sensor.
mine did pretty much what you described and it was the throttle sensor (on the pedal). new throttle pedal unit was about £60 from renault.
are you getting warning lights on your dash?
hi,
i followed you in a b/g 182 this morning and noticed you had a cs sticker on the back. just thought i would say hi.
not seen your car around the area before, looks/sounds nice :approve:
keep an eye out for local meets in this area if you are interested.

Re: Peterborough Meet (About time!!) - Sun 2nd Sep 12:00
if this has definitely moved to the 9th at 12 i can make it :)
perhaps the title needs changing if a moderator could.
i have sportlines with a whiteline arb. but i'm running 1.5degree of camber and hankook v12 tyres. the front will obviously straighten out if i put the power down but when you lift it does make the back slide out in a very controllable manner. if you go charging into a corner too fast the front...
hankook v12 all year round for me. very good in the dry and ok in the wet, there are better tyres out there for wet conditions but i find v12 a great all rounder
i have owned front and rear strut braces and they did nothing to the handling. total waste of money.
the whiteline arb on the other hand i would strongly suggest. love mine :)
