Did they not use the bit down by the artillery range buildings? That's a good spot for photos. I used to go there when the BCCC used it. The Clio is a BCCC car.
The Fiesta won again. It also won the CAR magazine group test. After having Renaults forever I changed to a Fiesta S1600 18 months ago and I think I'll be getting an ST next, my mate already has one and it's brilliant.
A friend of mine has had an ST delivered today. It's stunning. I got a Zetec S after finally having enough of my 197 spending more time off the road than on and I've not seen anything in the 200T that would persuade me to go back to Renault. It'll be a spirit blue ST2 for me next I think.
It's funny in rallying, guys who run £150,000+ rally cars asking me for photos and then when I give them a price they say "oh no, we can't pay. We'll credit you on our site though..." I don't even bother with proofs now unless it's a regular customer as there are so many people supplying free...
According to http://www.carmagazine.co.uk/News/Search-Results/Industry-News/Renault-confirms-new-standalone-coupe-model/ the new Clio will be 5 door only...no RS model?
Do you mean offroad events or rallies? If you're in Durham the Roger Albert Clark rally is in a couple of weeks, starts in Pickering then up to Kielder via Hamsterley, then into Scotland and back to Kielder, four days of sidewaysness :approve:
The wide angle ones were taken from safe positions...
Good pics, I did a couple of Scotland tours this year, went to the Isle of Skye and then Mull a few weeks later, brilliant roads and amazing scenery :D
