I have high resistance (in the mega ohms) on injectors 2 and 4. It started on 2 and then suddenly 4 went as well. Anyone know if they typically fail in pairs and if there's a reason for that? Really hoping it's the same reason for the non-starting issue and replacing the injectors fixes...

A wiggle won't always fix it, you might just have to fit a new sensor/the new blue sensor loom and hope it helps. Only way to test the sensor really is with an oscilloscope if you've got one kicking about.

Correct. Unplug the feed to the coil pack, check you get 12v there with ignition all the way on, I'm afraid I don't remember which pins are +12v and ground. Is your pump/coil relay a rectangular one?
