No the flywheel came loose and fcuked up all the internals of my engine, and while my dads works replaced the engine i got them to make it look like new again.

Ive had A539s on my 206 GTI, 306 GTI-6 & Clio 172 they seem fine to me. They do tend to wear away quickly. The outright grip always seemed good to me & for £45 you cant go wrong really.

I used to have a 206 GTI (138). Dont buy one its nothing like a 172. The mondeos at work had better handling and would pull away from me on a motorway.

26 - 38mpg all depends on how you treat it. 172 = 169bhp 182 = 179bhp Interiors are nearly identical. Personally i would go for a full phat 182 with the CUP packs, - all the toys and great handling!
