Thanks for the reply mate since my engine is blown I wanted to put a 1.6 so before I went and bought it I wanted to make sure if my same ECU 1.4 would work for the 1.6 and yes mine runs with epas and you're right about it I might be the a 172 donor in the future I'll stick with the 1.4 for now...

Hi, does a 1.6 scenic 2002 engine and gearbox fit on a Clio mk2 2004? the scenic engine looks the same of a Clio. the Clio engine is a 1.4 if it fits do I need a 1.6 Ecu? Or I could use the same 1.4 ecu? And the throttle body would be taken from the 1.4 engine.
