those other brands aren't as good as the JL by a long way !!! e4300 would be good enough, but if you can stretch, either a 300/4 or as dink says a 450/4, although you'd have to run the rear channels on the components and the front channels on the sub as the power of the amp isn't split normally.

JL all day long and as an authorised dealer the 12w3v2-d2 / d4 are on offer at £100 while stocks last.....

I wouldn't bother....the only way to do it is to do it right with all genuine panels, and it cost us a fortune to do our demo car. Have to mess with drive shafts, suspension, axels etc.....far too much money, talking excess of £10k after paint...... Car looks bloody ace tho, in PGTi issue...

Alpine have now stopped doing the DAB adapters, they are concentrating on DVB (digital video broadcasting) instead, n according to technical should be out this year hopefully...

Cocopops, the 9853 retails at £299 & is now available n its the replacement for the 9833, cheaper cos alpine have reduced all their prices. The 9855 is the new top of the range which will retail for £399 n replace the 9835.

Some kenwood h/units have the aux built into them, other ones you can get an aux adapter for. If its for the ipod, why not buy the alpine 9830 or higher model cos they come with a free ipod interface, which works fantastic.... Kenwood KDC-W6527 upwards have aux built in KDC-4027, 4527, 5027...

Agree with Adam, if its fitted correctly it will never come off. Mines been in the car for bout 4 years now, no probs......

Directed Xtreme amps, arent under-rated. They are a cheap branded amp that Directed sell. The mono amp retails for 149, but if your getting 2 x JL subs this amp aint gonna power them properly. It will just about power one, but as the JL w0 takes bout 700w rms, it still aint powerful enough...

that is the standard radio wiring plug in renaults.. You will need to buy an adapter plug which will plug into that and give you an ISO plug on the other end. Any new radio will plug straight into this ISO block, and then you got tunes mate !!!!!!!

The only stalk adapters available for pioneer are for the basic 3 models only. And only from this years range and last years, so if its any better than a DEH-P3600 then you aint gonna be able to do it...sorry fella !!!!!!

As far as im aware, not 100% tho, the alpine does charge it...dont need a cradle cos u dont need to touch ipod..At the moment there is a promo on, n the interface is free with anything from the 9830 up, although it does work with the 9812 aswell...

Neh.....ill check when i get to work tomorrow but i dont think anybody does an auxillary input adapter for std renault decks yet....

Yep, although it wasnt from a renault dealership it was an original renault part, never been fitted, never been painted from a specialist breakers yard in Accrington.
