Does any one else have any problems when attempting a speedy start off. My traction control allways kicks in and my revs fly up to around 5000+ while the wheels lock, and so the car goes either goes nowhere with a high rev noise or it makes a kind of thumping noise while proceeding forward...

I have the Clio 172 Mk2 model that came out in June 02 one month before they started bringing out the models with the traction control cutt off button. Is there a way to do it manually or do you think I can take the car in anywhere to get it done so I can have a cutt off fitted?
