hi guys, im spraying my side bullets white, and want the 16v writing black. should i sand it all down prime it, then spray it all white and then touch up with black for the writing, or should i remove the writing and glue bk on before i laquer? any help thanks,

So ive been to the breakers and got 2 side bullets and back renault badge.( waiting on a front badge ) My problem is the back badge is connected to a small panel that has come off a silver clio. How do i remove the badge to spray, and then put bk on?
