Ok so it came out worse off but has destroyed the front bumper spoiler on our Cup pack equipped 182. It shattered on impact (both did actually) and the car looks so odd without it!
What am I looking to shell out for one off the local stealer? What do the carbon fibre versions cost and do they...
What was it about Milton Keynes yesterday? RS city?
Did my usual trip to Costco and saw 2 Racing Blue 182s on the way in, one on an 05 plate with a young couple who had a good stare.
Then a 55 plate Trophy passed me and we convoyed up the A5 together.
Then a Mica Yellow RS Megane rocketed past...
Parked on your road opposite your 172 for a few hours on Monday, we had our own little RS show!
Not using it much these days? Noticed it there again this morning on my 'walk' to work!!!:boring:
Further to my thread about collecting a nail in the rear tyre, here are some pics. Anyone with knowledge on this would be great as the garages are saying I need to replace it! :nono: :dapprove:
I just want it plugged!
I think it's too near the edge too, so I imagine purchasing a new tyre tomorrow!
What does the Michelin Exalto cost on the 182? Does anyone know where I can get one in the Northampton area at short notice?
Shames as there is loads of tread left
This sort of trash littering the market. Soon they'll be Chav mobiles same as Imprezas! Driving me nuts!!! I do a search for CLio V6s and get this...
I mean, who thought driving backwards into a paint factory would look good! :dapprove: Nice Replicar!!! Is that a replica that's a car...
Put the new front springs on the 182 and obviously the tracking at least is out, the steering wheel sits to the left.
Is it worth getting £100 worth of 4 wheel alignmnent done or can little be adjusted anyway?
The struts should sit at the same angle, would castor and camber change and can...
Just playing around with the rears as they are easy to change before I remove the front struts and change those, but had them on for a week now and the Missus wants it lower!
As you can see there isn't much difference between the cup springs and the Eibachs! (In red)
First pic is the car pre...
If you know what I mean? i.e are the backs of the pads yellow as they are on my Impreza? (But only on the rears strangely!)
Or are they just all black?
I am looking to paint the calipers over the weekend and need to pick a hue!
Something I noticed ever since I first drove the car. Is it normal to hear wind noise from the door windows?
I see looking over the service history that it was brought up during services but it's till there! Common problem or are your cars OK?
It is both windows!
They are the only garage in the area that can fit my car in for a service before taking the 182 away for the weekend!
I'll be over 49,000 miles by the time I can fit it in with the others, which is outside what Renault recommend
Anything I need to know or look out for or is it all pretty straight forward?
Will the bottom arm lower enough to clear the strut?
Will the rear arms lower enough to prise the spring out or will I need to compress them with compressors to give me room?
They are sitting here in their box having just been delivered, but now I am getting the Willes!
Seen a few pics and doubt I'll notice the difference after they have been fitted on our 182 which has both cup packs!
Don't fancy the hassle of fitting them if it doesn't really make a difference...
