^^ as above, never had a lenthy stable connection in nearly 5 years ... they cant fix it .. its fine for 3 months then plays up dealing with them is like pulling teeth and repeating yourself every 3 months is rather wearing , one of their engineers is one if my customers and Ive been advised...
