Bosch VS Renault rear abs sensor

I had this problem exactly a year ago. I couldn't find an aftermarket sensor any where. For a clio 182 cup pack. I think they use different abs sensors for the esp? I managed to get a genuine one from renault though. Part number R6000073528 for the rear righr. Maybe the last one! I hope the...

Clutch not giving second gear + crunching reverse

If you can't get second gear even with the engine off then that sounds like you have a problem with 2nd gear in the gearbox too

    Steering angle sensor issue

The column is probably 360 degrees out of centre. Just disconnect the column and with snap on reading steering angle position turn steering wheel until you get zero degrees, the steering wheel should now be central. With wheels dead centre reconnect the column

    172 cup suspension?

Well I Say nothing needs doing. An inspection to find the cause of the catching maybe necessary. A new bump stop would also be a good idea especially if you want to track the car

    172 cup suspension?

Shocks don't leak oil up to the top mounts. They drop down onto the struts. That looks like someone has lubricated the top mounts as you have spherical ball top mounts fitted. Nothing needs doing at all

    Would any of these work?

Looking at this again. It looks like you won't be able to tension the belt properly by moving the alternator

    Would any of these work?

Swinging the alternator down like I suggested won't give much purchase on the water pump either. Your top photo looks the best way to go without buying custom parts.

    Would any of these work?

I just had a look. Yeah it will fit like that. The bottom picture version isn't ideal. The belt won't have much purchase on the water pump....

    Would any of these work?

What you can do is modify the original alternator bracket by chopping bits off. With enough modification you will be able to swing the original alternator right down. Then can a bracket to allow you to adjust the tension. You will probably need to also make a notch in the crossmember. I did. I...

    Would any of these work?

You can't fit the alternator like that. It won't clear what's in front of it. Like the front crossmember and rad etc

Help I’m an idiot sounds like diesel

Take the head off and replace any valve that's hit a piston. You'll see the witness marks. Even if they look straight always replace a valve that's hit. Check the guides carefully to see if any are cracked or worn. Should be the best solution.
