    Clio 172 with P0136 and P0300 codes.

This is an old thread I posted mate, turned out it was a dodgy injector, runs sweet as a nut now. Hope this helps you.

    Clio 172 with P0136 and P0300 codes.

Evening guys, got an issue with my car. As the title says I have both P0136 (o2 sensor circuit malfunction, bank 1 sensor 2) and P0300 (random/multiple cylinder misfire detected) codes showing on my car and I can clear them but both return immediately. It has a slightly rough idle but runs fine...

    The dreaded misfire....

Thanks buddy, bit far for me, I think I'll just get one new one and see how It goes, it's definitely not more than one cylinder. Will keep this in mind for the future.

    The dreaded misfire....

Thanks, from what I've read on here I thought it might be bit didn't want to spend out loads on different parts when most of you guys have probably dealt with the issues before.

    The dreaded misfire....

Thanks for the reply, I've pulled the plugs amd looked at them this evening, they don't look the best but didn't have any to swap them with. I shall get some at the weekend along with a full service kit. May just need some tlc. Sent from my SM-G950F using Tapatalk

    The dreaded misfire....

Gentlemen, I guess this isn't a new thing but before I start spunking money on parts I would like to hear opinions. Had my Clio 172 since sunday and it has a slight misfire on idle and is running around 800rpm and chucking the p0300 code. Runs fine other than that. A good friend (who's had...

    New to clios

I'm aware of that haha I have just seen conflicting arguments stating that the rear springs will fall out when jacked up if cup shocks aren't used, I guess this is an old wives tale. Do you know if the basic clio 1.2 alloy wheels will clear the front brakes? Seems like a cheap option for...

So I will need the cup shocks for lowering? I would ideally like 30mm minimum, seen some eibachs on eBay that claim they go 30mm and some that say 50mm but may be a bit much? Sent from my SM-G950F using Tapatalk

You wouldn't want to drive it though, some sad sack lowered it on what can only be described as feeling like trampolines lol That's why I want some advice on suspension, I'm not gonna fork out for coilovers on it though Sent from my SM-G950F using Tapatalk

Honestly mate, the Ibiza is a death trap, cost me £50 and 30odd for a fuel pump to make it run, not gonna complain Sent from my SM-G950F using Tapatalk

I've bought mine for me and my dad to use, we both keep saying "we should get a track car" but never have, neither of us are getting any younger and it's a chance to spend some time together doing things we like. Plus I need to try and be quicker than the old boy too Sent from my SM-G950F using...

Should never have sold it, the price has rocketed on them now. Pretty happy with the clio so far, done about 60 miles in it and just want to get out and play some more. Sent from my SM-G950F using Tapatalk
