When I turn the steering wheel I get a screeching noise it seem to do it more to the right then left and it's only when I'm stationary or going slow also keep getting a noise from what seems like the right back wheel like humming noise but with a tone any ideas thanks in advance

Hi I've just bought a 56 plate 197 when I turn left I hear a knock or a rattle from rear end it happens when I hit a bit of UN even road but doesn't happen on speed bumps ect it's driving me mad also no reverse lights think that's all lol any help would be muchly appreciated thanks :)
