I normally just deal with sports, but a good friend has came to me wanting a rep because he's young. so I said I would help. Now I know the front wheels sit in the arches when there a rep, so my question is, if I fit the hubs what needs to be changed to fit the hubs, I'm talking ball joints...

mabey the pump is locking up and its the belt smoking i would seiously get it checked as that belt runs your water pump and could wreck the whole engine
I still wouldn't pay more for it without proof I've got the contacts and kit to make a full replica trophy plates and all and make it look like one of the low numbers I've had my fingers burnt before buying "rare" cars when I was younger plus it is traceable the bill of sale would match the logg...
i second the track/rack ends very slim chance it could springs if it sounds like a twang but as in the case of my sport if its like a creak cracking noise it could be the full rack
