Mk4 Golfs are, as well as being a lot slower, also soggier than weetabix with hot milk and stodgier than week old porridge.

Just taking out the spare wheel, tools, complete back seat and seatbelt mounts (50kg total) made a noticeable difference to my PH1. And it only takes 10 minutes to put it back together again.

Good question Matty, yes it does it on both left and right handers. One wheel bearing was recently replaced so I think I can rule that out.

I thought that it might be this, the noise fits, no real grinding just a torsional flexing type of noise, have you experienced this Edde?
