Anyone know what it could be? I forgot to mention that I also changed the spark plugs and number three plug was covered in oil, although I believe the rocker seal commonly goes so I thought it was just that.

I keep getting white gunk in the oil filler cap and can see it all down the wall around it, but it seems to disappear after a long journey and the water temp gauge is normal. If this definitely a head gasket failure or could it be something else? Cheers Sam.

Found the problem and its now fixed!, when we first picked the car up we jet washed the engine engine bey because it was grubby, and it turns out that water got into were the spark plugs are (even though that the engine was running while washing). So got rid of the water, chaged the plugs and...
